Where are my score sheets stored?
Only on your device. There is no account and no server; we can’t see your games.
What happens to my games if I delete the app?
Your iPhone deletes them along with the app. We don’t have a copy.
Does the app use official rules?
Yes. Skat under the International Skat Rules, Doppelkopf under the tournament rules of the German Doppelkopf Association. Anything else is a house rule and labelled as such.
I bought Scoretopus Plus, but it’s not active.
In the app, go to Plus and tap “Restore purchase”. Use the same Apple ID you bought it with. With Family Sharing, Plus works for your family too.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases go through Apple. Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The app got the maths wrong. What now?
Write to us with what you entered and what came out. We’ll check it against the rules and fix it.
